This concept was based on rough sketches by a member of the team. Crocro’s was the in-game shop used to trade for seeds and other items.
This was a quick concept to explore the stages of growth of a giant beanstalk in the game. In this particular Idea, players roll the bean to the soil mound in the center of the map, and then jump up and down on it to plant it into the soil.
This image was made to establish a stylization level and color scheme for rocks in the central part of the game’s map. Included are a color ramp, some stylization process, and some usage suggestions.
We needed a location for players to craft using seeds and flowers, so this took inspiration from potting benches, herbalism, and the like.
This includes miscellaneous environmental exploration, including the plantable dirt mounds used for the core gameplay gardening mechanic.
This design is for the modular fence assets used throughout the main area.
